Dual servo heads
Two servo capping stations handle the bottle closures.
Dual servo heads
An enclosed dual-head servo capping machine with four-wheel capping assemblies and a cap elevator, for conveyor-fed screw-cap bottles.
01 / The machine
A conveyor-fed capper using two servo capping heads and a four-wheel tightening arrangement. A cap elevator feeds the closure-handling system, while the touch interface provides the operating controls. Bottle and closure samples establish the wheel setup and tightening requirements.
Two servo capping stations handle the bottle closures.
Wheel assemblies tighten compatible screw caps.
An elevator supplies caps to the capping arrangement.
02 / In operation
From product preparation
to the next packaging step.
Load caps into the elevator and adjust bottle guides.
Bottles pass through the servo-controlled wheel-capping arrangement.
Closed containers leave the capping station on the conveyor.
