Sleeve-wrapping stage
Forms and seals a film sleeve around the prepared group.
BZJ5038B + BSE5040A
A semi-automatic sleeve wrapper paired with a shrink tunnel, for grouping bottles, cans and similar products in film with or without a supporting tray.
01 / The machine
A paired sleeve-sealing and heat-shrink arrangement for compatible grouped products. The BZJ5038B creates a film sleeve, then the BSE5040A tunnel shrinks the film around the pack. The two machines have separate electrical and operating requirements.

The tunnel shrinks the film around the bundled products.
The setup is selected around the product group and support needs.
02 / In operation
From product preparation
to the next packaging step.
Group products and present them to the sleeve sealer.
The sealer closes and cuts the film around the pack.
The conveyor carries the wrapped pack through the heated tunnel.
